The Challenge

Working in agencies can be an isolating place. Beyond our glass boxes and Slack channels, what does our community actually look like? How can we bring people together and connect with our peers in a meaningful way?

Our Approach

A simple yet motivating premise; host a football tournament for design studios. For anyone who plays grassroots sport, you’ll know the power that it holds. Its inherent ability to found new relationships and support existing ones. Compounded with a widely shared love of the game, Studio Super Cup has become the most exciting fixture in the design calendar. Or at least that’s what we think.

The Results

12 studios, 1 day and whole lot of fun. Over £5.8k raised for Football Beyond Borders, and another step towards a community driven industry.
