How does a small neighbourhood restaurant group compete with national players in Westfield London?

Our Approach

Use the idea of ‘family’ to drive distinction between the independence of Master Bao, and the big corporates that rule the roost. As it’s namesake suggests, Master Bao is perhaps the only restaurant in a Westfield worldwide, that prints its family history on the back of its menu. It stands alone as a fiercely individual, and caring alternative to the competition. Laying its ethos and heritage into the experience to express a refreshing perspective on what food court experiences can be: rich, meaningful and engaging.

The Result

A challenge to conventional food court eating. A meaningful experience that gives hungry Londoners a richer experience.
