I hate team photos.

But for as long I can remember, we’ve put people first. Whether that be how we hire, how we manage, how we work or what ends up on the website. And feel a need to showcase them. But, let me say again, I hate team photos.

I never understood why the world’s most creative studios put black and white headshots onto their website, with a lengthy description about what they like for breakfast and where they like to go at the weekend. And then there’s the dogs. The office dogs. Don’t get me started.

So to put our shining faces onto our new site, without feeling like we’ve sold our soul, we thought it might be smart to reimagine how we present. Finding a more interesting direction for our headshots.
